Yes. If you allow substitutions, we’ll replace the item with a similar vegetable (same use and quality) and match value as closely as possible.

We deliver locally based on your address. Enter your ZIP/postal code at checkout to see available delivery windows.

Delivery fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

If you won’t be home, choose a safe drop-off location in your delivery notes. We recommend bringing produce inside soon after delivery.

We pack to order and use protective packaging to reduce bruising. Leafy greens and delicate items are separated to help maintain quality.

Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Store leafy greens in the fridge in a breathable bag, keep herbs lightly wrapped, and leave tomatoes and some squash at room temperature for best flavor.
